We accept most forms of dental insurance and to alleviate our patients' concerns about costs of treatment, our office routinely submits Preauthorization Requests to insurance providers for extensive dental work.

We then receive an estimate of how much coverage a patient has, which we then discuss with our patient.

Unicorn Financial's Twelve Months Same as Cash financing gives you the option of paying no interest at all if you timely make your minimum monthly payment and pay the balance due for your procedure within twelve months of the initial billing date.

If you choose not to pay off the balance, you will continue to make the same minimum monthly payment until you've paid the account balance which includes all accrued finance charges.
